L.C. Smith specialty grade 20 gauge side-by-side shotgun with factory hunter single trigger, auto ejectors, serial number 6992E. This gun shows 28 inch barrels that are choked .10 for modified right and .21 for full left. The stock measures 14 inches to the end of the original butt plate with 2 3/4 inch drop at heel and one 3/4 inch drop at toe. This gun shows 80% to 90% original blue on barrel that is evenly drifting and toningwith 2 white beads added to the rib. The frame shows 75% to 85% original case hardening that is drifting and going silver but still some rainbow colors remain. The stocks are very good plus with just minoraging and slight handling. There is a plaque inlaid on the right side of the stock which measures approximately 2 inches across and there has been an inscription removed by polishing. The interior is fine to nearexcellent and the gun has been well cared for. The left barrel measures .28 and right barrel measures .30 wall thickness. The gun was made approximately 1919.
