L. C. Smith Specialty Grade 16 gauge double barrel shotgun, with unusual special ordered 32" barrels, auto ejectors, double triggers, choked extra-full right, full left, serial #PWE77063. The gun remains in fine originalcondition, showing 95-98% original blue on barrel, non-ventilated raised rib, nicely engraved frame in typical scrolls. The barrels show Hunter Arms address and approximately 75-85% case hardening, withsome beginning erosion and pinprick pitting which needs a professional cleaning. The trigger guard shows 95% blue; the stocks are very good+ with sharp checkering, a few scratches and mars. The gun locks up tight, the bores are excellent. The stock is its original length, measures 14-1/2" to the end of the wood, 14-3/4" to the end of original butt plate. The inlay in front of forend has been cracked and detached and showsre-gluing. Right out of a local estate, this one would look great with a little T.L.C. Est.: $1,000-$3,000
