L.C. Smith 20ga field-grade double-barrel shotgun, field choked, factory 28” barrels, single factory trigger, auto ejectors, in very good plus to near fine original condition, serial number “155840”. The barrels retain 95% original blue, some sli thinning, a couple areas just beginng age. The frame shows 70-80% case hardening, evenly thinning and drifting on edges in front of frame with some very good rainbow colors still showing on the back three quarters and top of action. The standard grade wood stocks are good to very good with 60-70% evenly thinning varnish, some scratches, minor scrapes, etc. The trigger guard shows 60-80% thinning original blue. The stock is its original full length, with composite original buttplate. The action tight, bore is near excellent. Est.: $2,000-$4,000.
