Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms listed below and all other terms announced at the time of sale. For your satisfaction: We offer an Appraisal by GLA or CRG laboratory in Los Angeles California on Silver, Gold , Platinum items as well as Loose Gemstones and Fine Watches (A Complete & Detailed Evaluation for a reduced rate of 50% off) ***We do not allow Picking-up of Merchandise due to the security nature of our business and our Fine Art & Jewelers Block Insurance which does not allow an open to the public business structure. In exceptional cases we may approve a pick-up of merchandise after reviewing the shipping companies credentials and review of the official Estimate/Quote on Shippers Letterhead. We have No RETURN/EXCHANGE/CREDIT policies available (under certain very restrictive situations you may request permission from management. All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, re-listing, return, merchandise exchange or approve a bidding credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to enforce a decision to refuse any bid, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, to cancel a sale, re-offer and re-sell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final.
