Sadock Linen Mono Print ''First Street NW'' (Albuquerque, NM), visual measures 12.5'' x 17'' and is signed by the artist, overall framed measurement of 21'' x 25'', ca. mid 1900s, FYI: ''Katharine (Kitty) Van Meter Sadock (1914-1999) was an artist - a painter, a designer, a jeweler, a sculptor, an actor, and a writer. She moved to Albuquerque in 1948 to devote to her art. She married Dr. Theodore Sadock in 1950 and moved to New York for him to complete his residency. While in New York, Kitty worked as a window dresser for a downtown department store. Kitty and her husband returned to Albuquerque in 1952 where she became notable on the art scene. Her paintings are in both private and public collections. Kitty was a member of the New Mexico Art League, a charter member of the New Mexico Watercolor Society and the Southwest Writers Workshop.''

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.

Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.
