Agreement between Douglas and Rosenthal & Norton regarding an “assignment of an undivided interest in a mineral lease located in Grayson County, Texas,” and an “Agreement with Phoenix Enterprises, Inc., a corporation for the drilling of one well on the lease,” in which Rosenthal & Norton have informed Douglas they they are “the attorneys for Phoenix Enterprises, Inc.” and that “Phoenix Enterprises may…benefit from the transaction to which the above agreements relate, and accordingly you will and/or may benefit therefrom.” Several staple marks to the top left corner of each page, two punch holes to the top edge, and pencil notations in another hand, otherwise fine condition.
