Single-sided three page typed contractual letter signed by King Vidor from Alsa Films, dated 18 October 1963, document. Reads in part: ''…as the Producer-Director in connection with a theatrical motion picture to be based upon a book by Bruno Frank entitled 'A Man Named Cervantes.' Alsa warrants and represents that it owns the motion picture rights to said book.'' Delicate 8.5'' x 11'' paper stapled, with four punch holes at top and typical mailing creases. Excellent condition.
