<B>King Philip II of Spain Document Signed,</B></I> "<I>Yo el Rey</B></I>", two pages, front and verso, 8.5" x 11.25", Madrid, 1571, in Spanish. The document has an embossed seal of the Kingdom of Spain on the second page. Light browning at the edges. Near fine. Sold with a later print of an engraving of Philip II. King Philip sought an alliance with the Kingdom of England by marrying the Catholic Queen Mary I of England in 1554.
