LS in Latin, signed “Oscar,” one page, 8.75 x 13.5, March 9, 1855. Untranslated letter to Ferdinand II, King of the Two Sicilies. Oscar extends congratulations to Ferdinand on the birth of a princess to his sister-in-law. In very good condition, with intersecting folds with some separation, and some mirroring to ink. Accompanied by a separate address leaf bearing a complete embossed royal seal.
