Letter to the Jacobite Earl of Kilsyth acknowledging his service against the Army of the Usurper (William of Orange) and asking him to send news which might be of “service in the Cause.” Second integral page bears an address panel in an unkown hand In good condition, with intersecting folds, moderate toning and soiling, with heavier toning along right edge, and over portion of signature, paper loss affecting first few letters of signature, rough edges, and an old catalog caption affixed to lower left.
