George approves the appointment by “our good friend the President of the United States of America has be a Commission bearing date the Twelfth day of August, 1926, appointed Mr. Charles J. Pisar to be Consul at Rangoon…We having approved this appointment.” Signed in the top left by George. Central vertical and horizontal fold, some mild toning, and some heavier toning and foxing to lower right, otherwise fine condition.
