For your bidding pleasure is this book Kentucke and Daniel Boone 1784 by John Filson. Although this is not a first edition, by no means is this a common book. Only 1200 copies were made of this edition of Kentucke 1784, with a printed image of the original map; which was the first of its kind to capture the idealistic expansion westward of Col. Daniel Boone and the territory now known as Kentucky. The book is in good condition with extremely minor marks to cover and a couple age stains to cover and pages alike. The copyright is from John P. Morton & Company in 1934, but the book has an exact reprint from its original 1784 copy along with the map in the first few pages of the book. The book measures 8 3/4" x 5 3/4".
