Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 18xx, (1850's), $20, Plate C, Similar to (PA-440-G32a), Proof only issue, but missing full color undertint and has red overprinted Security protectors instead, unlisted variety in Haxby, Black on white printed on india paper, Penn on lower right, fishing, sailing, rowing scene with city in back ground in middle and Native Americans viewing progress on left, small POC's, ABN overprint on back in purple-red with no bleed through, there is a 2 inch stain on the upper right middle that is difficult to see, otherwise it appears Choice Uncirculated, BC, BBC.
