Very rare original color 8mm silent home movies of Lee Harvey Oswald, his wife Marina, and his family celebrating Thanksgiving on November 22, 1962, at his brother Robert’s house. The film has a total running time of 3:16, with the holiday portion beginning at 1:53 and running until the end. The film shows Lee sitting on a sofa, with Marina sitting on the arms next to him. Also shown in the shot are Oswald’s brother Robert, his wife, and several children seated on the floor in front of the adults. The opening 1:52 shows Robert’s children, including his daughter’s birthday, and his son playing outside on his swing set. In fine condition. Be advised this film comes with full copyright going to the successful bidder. Film is accompanied by a digital copy on CD as well as a second disc with several screen-grabs of the Oswald family. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Robert Oswald. A personal look at the happy family celebrating, their final Thanksgiving together, exactly one year before Oswald would assassinate John F. Kennedy from the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository. The film offered here is one of just several known pieces of color film footage of Lee Harvey Oswald.
