With best wishes always, Ken Dryden, April 1, 2001.” In fine condition, with some light wear and creasing to the cover. The recipient Kirkpatrick, played the opening shift for the Indianapolis Ice of the Central Hockey League in 2001 while suffering from Muscular Dystrophy, thus becoming the first goal tender in a professional hockey game to play in a wheelchair.
