23 3/8" by 11 5/8" by 8 3/4". Ken Carder (Born 1955) is active/lives in United States. Ken Carder is known for Sculpture. After attending Bowling Green State University in Ohio as an art student, Ken moved to North Carolina in 1981 to pursue his interest in working with glass. There he became an assistant to Harvey Littleton until becoming a full time, studio artist, when he became an Artist in Residence at the Penland School of Craft in 1984. Since then he has continued to work with glass as well as with other mediums and has maintained various studios in North Carolina and Connecticut (1990-1997). His work has been exhibited internationally and is in numerous private and public collections. He lives near Boone in the mountains of western North Carolina and shares a studio with his wife ceramic artist and educator Lisa Stinson.
