Two bank checks, each 6 x 2.75, both filled out in another hand and signed by Hepburn, one dated January 8, 1957, and the other dated January 15, 1957, each payable to Bessie Adams for $63.70. In very good condition, with a pencil notation in the top left corner of the second check, show-through from stamps on reverse on both checks, and expected cancellation stamps and holes, only lightly affecting the signature of the first check, and moderately affecting the signature on the second check.
