A fantastic, 10 in. x 12 in. b/w image (matted to 11 in. x 16 in.) of Hepburn in costume as "Mary, Queen of Scots" from "Mary of Scotland" (RKO, 1936). Inscribed on the image in black ink, "To Walter -- What wonderful costumes! Gratefully, Katharine". Also signed and dated (1936) on the matting by photographer Ernest Bachrach. One of the finest Hepburn photographs we've ever encountered! In very fine condition. Framed.
