<B>Katharine Hepburn Handwritten Letter.</B></I> Two-page, undated letter on personal stationery, handwritten in black ink by Katharine Hepburn to make-up artist Emil LaVigne. In it she mentions needing surgery for an injured rotator cuff while filming <I>On Golden Pond.</B></I> The reference to <I>On Golden Pond</B></I> is desirable, as Hepburn's performance resulted in her fourth Oscar -- an Academy record.
