Metal pole section attested to as being cut from a light pole fixture assembly at Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39A. The metal piece measures 3˝ x 2˝ x 2.75˝ and is coated with white paint. Includes a small 2˝ copper pipe wire section. In fine condition, with the cut edges somewhat jagged and sharp. Accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from aerospace memorabilia specialist Ken Havekotte, which states: “The light fixture and support pole assembly had been detached from the pad’s LOX vent hood walkway structure in 2016 while the world-famous launch complex was being refurbished for a new pad use, commercial launch services company SpaceX. Both the light fixture and its attached pole structure, attached to the Fixed Service Structure, stood near the top of the pad from the late 1970s as NASA’s newest Space Shuttle program was getting underway.”
