Quality, accurate European rifle with very desirable Krico double set triggers.
Lovely lightweight hunting rifle, points beautifully. Oiled walnut stock with sharp, clean checking, with no dents or scratches (however there is a scratch area on barrel- see pic.)
Bluing is beautuful throughout. The rifle is 60’s vintage.
One for the shooter or collector.

The KRICO History
Krico is the brand name of the German firm of Krieqeskorte GmbH.
The company has a history dating back to 1878. The founder Robert Kriegeskorte
was born in 1853 in the town of Rönsahl.
Max began comprehensive mechanization of the production in 1939 but this quickly
came to an end with the outbreak of World War ll. it had been intended for both
Max’s sons Rolf and Arndt Kriegeskorte – to take over the helm, with Rolf as the
technical engineer and Arndt as the commercial director.
The war put paid to these plans, as Arndt was killed in 1944 and Rolf was severely
wounded. Max Kriegeskorte himself died in June 1945.
The business continued at the end of the war in the hands of Rolf and his mother,
Emma Kriegeskorte. There were considerable problems because the production
of weapons and ammunition was forbidden by the Allies.
In 1947 Krico was given permission to make slaughter firearms and this was
followed in 1949 by permission to make starting pistols. It was not until 1950 that
the company was allowed to make air rifles and the following year they were granted
the approval for small caliber rifles.
The production of hunting rifles started in 1954 with Model 400 for .22 Hornet and
222 Rem. calibers. Following this Krico was kept busy converting former military
Mausers to sporting and hunting use.
Since the year 2006 the Kriegeskorte GmbH is specializing in export, import
and storage of hunting and sporting weapons.

When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship at cost via Canada Post. We aim to have items out the door within 15 days after auction close.
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 18+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON LOTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOU.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged this amount before the parcel leaves.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Credit Card that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. A $40.00 late payer fee will be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct number and expiry date. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity. Our normal commission charge (14%) will apply on re-sale. Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.

KOS Auctions do not guarantee or make warranties on any lot. We acknowledge that errors may occur, however, we endeavor to give you accurate information in the descriptions provided. We are available by email (pocomilitary@gmail.com ) and phone (604-796-0006) to answer questions and provide additional photographs prior to bidding, as required. No employee of KOS Auctions is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO.
KOS Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by KOS unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver will be sold at the next opportunity, regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. All USA and International bidders will receive an email that requests the bidder to agree to the USA and International bidder terms and conditions. Accounts will not be approved until the bidder has responded that they have read, understand and accept these terms. Note that any items that have been purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at the next opportunity. Regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
You have sole responsibility for your purchases. Please check with your governing body to ensure your intended purchase is importable, as well as the third-party exporter to ensure they will be able to export to your country, this should be done prior to bidding.

KOS Auctions nor the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the title, merchant ability, fitness or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property or as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights or other intellectual property rights in lots sold or as to whether a work of art is subject to the artist's moral rights or other residual rights of the artist. . The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall KOS Auctions or its associcated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by other may or may not have a “de-activation letter” available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
