KONSTANTIN HIERL
(1875 - 1955) Nazi head of the German Labor Service, promoted the compulsory use of girls and women for production. Tried and convicted at Nuremberg. Promotional document with presentation folder, D.S., "Hierl" 1p. folio, Berlin, Feb. 23, 1945, promoting Walter Luz to the rank of General Labor Leader and simultaneous discharge from service. Walter Luz was Higher Reichs Labor Service leader of the Luftgau commando Belgium - North France. Along with the transmittal letter, 1p. 8vo., Mar. 1, 1945, which further entitles him to wear the uniform of the Reichs Labor Service and gives him the corresponding medal. Includes a blank receipt for the certificate. Ragged 2" tear at the bottom center of folder and document, paperclip stain at top of document, still overall very good.
