KHAQANID: Akhsatan III b. Fariburz III, 1255-1266, AE fals (5.26g), NM, AH(65)3, A-1914, citing the Great Mongol Möngke by name, struck on "fish" shape planchet, made by pouring molten copper onto a flat surface, Fine to Very Fine, RR. The third line of the obverse is inscribed bi-tarikh sanat tha(lath) for the year 653 (cf. Zeno-73030). Despite its crudeness, this is a significantly above-average specimen.
