The Khans of Yarkand (now in Xinjiang Province, China) were a local Moghul dynasty at Yarkand, established by Sultan Sa'id Khan of the Eastern Chaghatayid branch in 1514. Coins have been confirmed only for Muhammad Khan (1590-1609) & 'Abd Allah Khan (1635-1667), plus some anonymous types not assignable to a specific ruler. These types will be listed in the 4th edition of the Checklist of Islamic Coins.
