The place was Ruston, Louisiana. The circus had come to tour, however, segregation was in effect. Separate but not equal.<BR><BR>Kelly Fearing catches a poignant moment. Several of the town's black inhabitants are outside looking in. It is only from the outside, through an opening in the side of the tent, that they are allowed to view the wonders within.<BR><BR>Provenance:<BR>Kelly Fearing<BR><BR><B>Condition Report:</B> Excellent condition.
