June 2010 Regional Firearms Auction

Auction Details

Over 5000 items in our two day sale!
Our regional sales are geared toward collector/dealers who would attend the auction in person, thus the name regional. "Regional" sales differ from our "Premiere" sales in that we offer a black and white catalog, typically they are one day, however due to our growth we have expanded now to 2 days. Most importantly all items are sold as is without warranty, guarantee, endorsement or pledge. A potential buyer should inspect each object before submitting a bid. Absentee bidders are strongly encouraged to have an agent or associate view the item before bidding. All bids are final sales and no bid will be rescinded for any reason. This sale has many high quality items. Don't be fooled by the "regional" title as there are many antique and highly collectable items in this sale.

We must state again that descriptions in this regional sale catalog should be thought of as a list of items for sale. Our list is simply what we have observed. Most descriptions have been written by "interns" ; for instance: if the gun has an incorrect sight, they may not know that. Due to the reduced emphasis on written descriptions in regional auction catalogs all sales in the regional auction are final. Rock Island Auction will not rescind a sale for any reason including if the catalog description is partially or totally incorrect. We expect each buyer to view the item and make up their own mind. Again in the case of absentee bidders they are encouraged to have an agent/associate view the item.
In summary, in the regional sale, IF YOU BUY IT YOU OWN IT.
