Signed by Secretary Wheeler and President W.C. Dewey. Two folds present. 2). Jumbo Junior Mining Company. Incorporated in Nevada, 1914. Cert. #574 issued in 1915 to Thomas Derby for 1000 shares. Signed by Secretary Floyd Cable and President J. McCarthy. "Promotion Stock" stamped at right edge. Two folds present. Goldfield boomed between 1903 and 1910 with peak production from the Mohawk Extension Mine and Goldfield Consolidated Mining Co.
