IF YOU ARE BIDDING ONLINE - WE WILL BE POSTING SOME ITEMS - NOT IN THEIR CORRECT SELLING ORDER THOUGH .......feel free to leave absentee's and they will follow along when the lots are put in order....SUNDAY WILL HAVE THE FULL LISTING OF THE SALE....

items are posted with start bids - these are general amounts to start the bidding - We are going to be having a $5 start price on SOME OF the online lots - this does not necessarily mean the lots will be selling for $5 - it just means that you will have the opportunity to bid as low as $5. If you are really wanting the lot, and want to bid more than the start price you will have to increase the bid amount to the highest amount you want to pay. The computer will start you at the $5 amount and if anyone bids higher, the computer will automatically increase your bid to a higher amount until your top price is used. If anyone bids higher than your highest amount, and you still want the lot, you will have to post a higher amount you want to pay or attend Sunday's live auction (either online or in house).
During the Sunday live auction - if the auctioneer in house only goes down to (example) $100 and we have no bids at the $100 or more (only one at $5 or $20 etc) the lot will be passed up and either sold the next week or returned to the consignor.......the live auctioneer has the final says as to if an items is sold or not.
Example - If you know the lot is a new couch, it is understandable that the auctioneer will not be going as low as $5 during the auction, thus if you want it you will have to bid higher...... - see terms and conditions for more info about this and other items.......
NOW IF THE START BID IS HIGHER THAN YOU WANT TO PAY....
join us online Sunday - the auctioneer inhouse may lower the start bid and thus allowing you to bid at the lower asking price...some times he will group items and sell them all for one money - you just never know what is going to happen at the auction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

******you must pay before you leave the auction house on Sunday - the only ones that should be paying on Monday are absentee bids and local online bidders - ALL BIDS MUST BE PAID BY MONDAY 5PM OR THE LOTS WILL BE CANCELLED AND RELISTED AND THE BIDDER WILL HAVE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO BID AGAIN
LOTS ARE ALL TO BE PICKED UP BY MONDAY 6PM - if Ray or I have to gather your lots there will be a $20 service charge for this - we should not have to be gathreing lots and putting them aside to be picked up at a later date.....
we are starting to enforce these rules more and more as it seem to be getting out of hand and more and more are leaving it to a later date to pay and pick up......so if you are ones of these people....sorry but we can't do it any longer.......
