Academy Award winner for her performance in Born Yesterday, who died of cancer at the age of 43. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 Columbia Pictures 1956 publicity photo, signed in blue ballpoint. Collector’s notation on reverse indicates signature was acquired on March 26, 1959, backstage at the National. In very good condition, with scattered creases and surface marks, primarily to borders and corners, a few surface impressions, and light horizontal streaking to emulsion.
