Jack Kirby drew the cover and the Thor story. If you're wondering about the notation on the slab, "Steve Ditko art," that's a horror/mystery feature in the mag, and CGC neglected to mention Dashin' Donny Heck, who also teamed with Stan Lee on a five-page weird-o-rama. The new Overstreet Grading Guide defines Fine as "An above-average copy that shows minor wear" and that definitely applies to this solid specimen. High-grade copies of #83 go for five figures now, so take a strong look at this one. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $1,455.
