This original, Pencil Signed and Dated, “J Norman - 1996” upon the bottom of the blank reverse side and fully measuring 7.5” long. An Artist Proof Lithograph from Joseph Norman’s historic and highly collected “Out At Home” Series. This impressive Lithograph measures about 19.75” x 24.5” and has its original natural deckled edges at both the top and bottom on this heavy artist sheet. This Artist Proof Lithograph is in perfect, clean condition and has been properly archivally hing attached, along the top edge to an acid free backboard for display. Certainly worthy of professional matting and framing, as this famous piece is well known and collected.

In 2003 the Cincinnati Museum of Art featured a special exhibit ‘Out At Home!: The Negro Baseball League.’ This series of nine lithographs by African American artist Joseph Norman, depicted the struggle of Black Baseball players. Mr. Norman was inspired to execute a series of prints about the Negro Baseball League because of the increasing interest in the important roles that African Americans have played in history and culture, specifically in America's "favorite pastime," Baseball.
