Diary entry written by Joseph Bonanno while incarcerated at a federal prison in Lexington, Kentucky, unsigned, one page, 6 x 9.25, dated "Friday," January 6, 1984, in part: "My left leg was hurting me all night—you ask for pain killer & you get only Tylonel Regular—or…Ben Gay—you receive no answer—if you write or ask again, you are in trouble—the nurse scares you!" In fine condition. Accompanied by a notarized certificate of authenticity signed by Rosalie Bonanno, the daughter-in-law of Bonanno. At the age of 78, Bonanno served almost eight months of a one-year sentence in a federal prison for obstruction of justice.
