Union general who was breveted for his assault on Petersburg where he was wounded, as well as for service at Fair Oaks. Original 2.25 x 4 carte-de-visite photo by Le Rue Lemer of Harrisburg, signed on the reverse in black ink, “J. B. Kiddoo, Bvt Maj Gen Vols.” In very good condition, with a couple creases, a few bends, some light toning and silvering, and a revenue stamp affixed to reverse.
