<B>Jose Miguel Gomez, President of Cuba, Document Signed,</B></I> four integral pages written on pages one and two, 10.5" x 14", Havana, January 28, 1909, in Spanish. An uneven left edge where it was removed from a binding and folds, else very good. The document is addressed to General Miguel R. Davila congratulating him on becoming President of the Republic of Honduras. It is signed boldly on the verso.
