One page, 8” x 9.5”, Washington, March 12, 1818, in ink, integral address leaf, to Henry Dearborn, Boston. Written while a Congressman from Massachusetts, Jonathan Mason (1756-1831) addresses an enquiry at the War Office relative to a “<I>Crossfield's</B></I>” and “<I>Gates</B></I>” land warrant.
