Jonas Salk signed speech entitled ''Vaccination Against Paralytic Poliomyelitis'', delivered at the University of Michigan on 12 April 1955 and covered by newspaper reporters who would exclaim ''Salk's Vaccine Works!'' the very next day. Typed speech is signed ''Jonas Salk'' on the cover in black felt tip pen, and runs 16 pages with an additional 21 pages of figures. In near fine condition, with light toning. All of the pages are bound in a spiral spine with cover, measuring 8.5'' x 11''.
