1882, Indiana. Stock certificate for 4 shares. Black. Signed as Vice President by Cornelius Vanderbilt Jr. (1843-1899). Railroad executive. The first son of William H. Vanderbilt. Damp staining at lower right corner, overall fine. Red ink and hole punch cancelled with the latter lightly affecting Vanderbilt's signature.
