Johnson Model 1941 semi-auto rifle, .30-06 cal., 23” barrel, military finish, wood stock sling swivels, #B4777. This gun is in overall very good + condition showing the majority of its military finish, very goodbore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good wood stock with scattered old mars and dings from carry and storage; two old well-done repairs to wood on either side of the stock behind the magazine; small socialsecurity number lightly marked on left side of receiver above magazine. Approx. 70,000 Johnsons were produced with some seeing service with the U.S. Marines in WW II; highly prized by military collectors giventhe limited production and that many were acquired by the Netherlands for their use.
