Full hand-addressed free frank, 9.5 x 8, with franked panel measuring 4.75 x 3.25, addressed in his hand to “Mr. Henry C. Wiley, Saxton’s River, Vermont,” and franked in the upper right, “J. Tyler,” and bearing an ink notation and August 18 date in another hand in top left. In fine condition, with paper loss to top panel from wax seal, seal remnant to bottom panel, and a bit of mild toning and wrinkling.
