Folio. 216 pages. 156 plates, including twenty-one in color. <BR><BR>Original white cloth with titles in gray on the spine and front board. Binding slightly shaken. Boards soiled and toned. Front free endpaper with a vertical crease along one edge. Long gift inscription in ink on the front free endpaper. Small stains to title page and following three pages. Dust jacket moderately toned with wear at the edges. Front panel shows former use as a "desk" with marks in blind.
