<B>John Sherman Autograph Letter Signed,</B></I> one page of U.S. Senate letterhead, 5" x 7.75", Washington, D.C., March 12, 1896, to F.S. Kimball, n.p. It reads, "<I>I cannot send you the speech to which you refer, as it is not printed in pamphlet form, and I have no extra copies of the Congressional Record.</B></I>" One small perforation, marginal stains. Very good condition. John Sherman, brother to General William T. Sherman, was a professional politician representing Ohio in both houses of Congress.
