Signed at the conclusion by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Matted and framed with a color portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 24.5 x 14. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, and a bit of scattered light toning and soiling. The white seal is intact. Oversized.
