Blue wrappers. The front wrapper had originally detached, and has been trimmed and tipped to the title page. The front wrapper is titled “<I>Oration at Newburyport,/by/Hon. John Quincy Adams,</B></I>” and is inscribed “<I>Mrs. Dexter/from/John Quincy Adams.</B></I>” Wrinkled at left, not near handwriting. Printed by Morss and Brewster, Newburyport Herald Office.
