Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed "J. Q. Adams," one page, 15.5 x 9.5, June 26, 1827. President Adams grants Holland Jones of Indiana a tract of land "at Indianapolis, Indiana, containing eighty acres." Signed at the conclusion by President John Quincy Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In fine condition, with the middle of the signature just a bit light.
