Organized labor leader (1880–1969) who served as president of the United Mine Workers of America from 1930 to 1960. Four items: three portraits, ranging in size from 8 x 10 to 11 x 14, each signed in fountain pen by Lewis with one inscribed; and a fountain pen signature on a 5 x 3 card. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a 1958 letter from Lewis’s secretary acknowledging two of the signatures.
