This framed photo offset lithograph from 1971 reproduces Plate CCCLXXXVIII (368) of John James Audubon's iconic Birds of America series. The illustration features a striking vertical composition of five ornithological specimens perched along a slender branch, including the Red-Winged Blackbird, Yellow-Headed Blackbird, and Baltimore Oriole. Finely printed with vivid color accuracy and botanical detail, the reproduction pays homage to Audubon's original 19th-century engraving and watercolor artistry. Published by the Abbeville Press, the print is matted with a gold-bordered window and housed in a walnut-tone wood frame under glass. Labels from a corporate art collection are affixed to the back.
