Notation to left side reads, “Flag ship of the American Legion en route to convention in Paris 1927—the following men on board,” and another identifies Savage as, “National Commander American Legion 1927.” In fine condition. Accompanied by an unsigned photo of Pershing and Hartley on the deck of the ship.
