In part: “I refer again to your letter…relative to the desired discharge by purchase of…Sergeant Fordyce J. Wright, Medical Department…A report has been received from the Commanding General…that this soldier’s application by discharge was disapproved August 23, 1923.” Letter is affixed to an identical size piece of cardstock. In very good condition, with trimmed edges, small tear to top edge, and toning along right side.
