Di. 1783 and in the Eighth Year of the Independence of the United States of America." Boldly signed at the conclusion by Hancock and countersigned by John Avery as secretary. Handsomely mounted, cloth matted, and framed with a portrait to an overall size of 16 x 19.5. In fine condition, with uniformly trimmed edges. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
