<B>John Hancock Signed Lottery Ticket.</B></I> This piece graced the CAA 1996 Rosemont Auction where it was described, "A June 1765 lottery ticket for the rebuilding of Faneuil Hall. It is boldly signed by John Hancock, whose distinctive signature on the Declaration of Independence gave rise to the nickname by which all signatures are still known.
